About the Role
The Program Coordinator is a key leadership position supporting the success of our residential and day programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance administrative efficiency with compassionate leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned programs and homes.
Support, mentor, and guide frontline staff to ensure consistent, person-centered care.
Monitor individual support plans, ensuring goals and outcomes are met.
Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with families, caregivers, and community partners to promote positive collaboration.
Support policy implementation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to individuals with:
Post-secondary diploma in Human Services, Disability Support, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the human services sector, preferably with supervisory or coordination experience.
Strong knowledge of Ministry of Social Services standards, health and safety protocols, and person-centered planning.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic administrative systems.
Requirements
Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license.
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors check
Some evening and weekend work may be required
